Werksmans app for iPhone and iPad

The exciting and innovative Werksmans mobile app will enhance user experience. There are several exciting functions, packaged into a very smart little app to ensure service excellence!

1. Seamless access to all assistance services including detailed information of the product cover.

2. A built-in panic button to push in case of an emergency. The panic button will send an alert into the call centre to “call back” and arrange immediate assistance.

3. Lodge a claim on the app for various events.

4. The app has a built-in accident manager to assist in capturing all the relevant information at the scene of the incident. This includes capturing third party details through the vehicle licence disk and driver’s licence disk scanning functionality, witness details, road conditions, geo-location, photos of the scene and more.

5. Receive new product offerings and news.

Vehicle and Motorcycle Pre-inspection – take photos of the vehicle/bike, scan the vehicle/bike license disk to capture the relevant details e.g. make, model and derivative as well as scanning the driver’s license disk to decrypt the driver’s details. The full pre-inspection detail will be date and time stamped and signed (digitally) before sending it through to you via email.
